3 ripe avocados pitted and diced
1 diced roma tomato
1 diced jalapeño pepper
½ red onion
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper

In a mortar add the avocados and mash them to the desired consistency.
Add the rest of the ingredients: tomatoes, jalapeños, onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper, and mix very well.
Serve immediately and eat with your favorite chips.
