First of all: Thank you for being here!

I'm Alison, a Jesus follower, a soccer mom, full-time professional, clean-eating enthusiast,  and digital product creator. I create easy, family-friendly recipes made with clean ingredients—perfect for moms who want to save time without sacrificing health.

Earlier this year, my husband and I started brainstorming for options to allow us to get more freedom in order to enjoy the life we feel God is calling us to do. The teenage years are flying by and we know we need to be present for our boys, so we can equip them to be respectful men for our future.

My “escape” after a day of stress, is the kitchen and the garden.  Here I disconnect, relax and just put my creativity to work.  My husband and my boys had been telling me about how I should have a way to share my recipes.  So: AHA!  This is what I found to be the way to create a digital product where I can share with other busy moms my love for the kitchen. It is a task just to try to figure out what to make for dinner, specially after a long day, so that is why I created a cookbook with that in mind, because, I am you, too.  

I have made this journey one that I can share with other busy, always on the go, full time working moms, that still want to feed a wonderful home cooked meal to their families, without breaking the budget, spending countless hours in the kitchen, and prepare it all with clean ingredients.
