10 oz frozen corn
28 g ranch dressing mix (see page 12)
8oz cream cheese
8oz crumbled bacon
8oz shredded cheddar cheese
8oz sour cream
Tortilla chips, toasted bagel chips, or crostinis to serve

Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
Cook on high for 45 minutes - 1 hour, or until all ingredients are melted and smooth.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread.

This recipe is very easy to double if needed for bigger crowds.
I usually buy fresh corn, blanch it and cut out the kernels. Place 1 cup in zip tight bags and freeze them.
